Maybe you’ve done the training in my Lazer Tapping program and have learned to tap for yourself on things that come up, from day to day. Or perhaps you’re systematically working through all the unresolved trauma and dysfunction of your childhood?
Either way, when you get stuck, or you just can’t seem to get to the heart of an issue, that’s when you might think about using ChatGPT to give you some fresh ideas.
Personally, I have mixed feelings about using AI (artificial intelligence). If I thought we could simply erase AI and robots from the planet, I would be thrilled with that and would never use any of them.
But I remember feeling the same resistance to cellphones and WiFi radiation. I avoided getting a mobile phone for about a decade longer than anyone else. Of course, eventually I was forced to. I couldn’t access my bank accounts without a cellphone (to verify ID) and I couldn’t run most of the apps I use in my business.
Keep in mind, I am not against technology! I had a telecommunications business back in 1993 – we used 1-900 numbers (pay per minute) and I had one of the very first dating websites on the Internet. By 1999 my entire business was completely automated online and my husband and I could go hang out in Hawaii for a month with no disruption to our business.
But something about AI gives me the heebies. Like cellphones and EMR, I don’t think it’s going to be a net win for humanity. If I could avoid it entirely, I would. However, since this is not my first rodeo, I also see all the same signs I saw with mobile phones – resistance is futile, because the majority of humans want this technology. Sooner or later, we are all going to be forced to use it. You simply won’t have a choice.
So recognizing that most humans are choosing and supporting AI, thereby making it inevitable for the rest of us, and knowing that resistance is futile… I have taken an alternate path. After listening to numerous podcasts from tech leaders who brought AI into existence, I understand that our input into this self-learning matrix is important. AI understands humans and human desires through the inputs we give it. And via content that already exists in digital form.
If we input rage, abuse, horror stories, negativity and perversion into AI – what are we teaching it about humanity? Likewise, if we input wholesome values, healing, positivity, life-affirming scenarios, nature-based stories or queries – what are we teaching AI about humanity?
I don’t use AI much and I don’t plan to use it much, but when I do, I’ll make sure I’m one of the people contributing positive, healing inputs to AI. It is in that spirit that I decided to conduct my EFT Tapping experiments with ChatGPT and share it with you. I chose to use EFT transcripts since my own version – Lazer Tapping – is not widely known nor accessible online.
If you haven’t yet learned how to tap for yourself, then using ChatGPT (the free version works just fine) to generate tapping scripts, is a great little cheat/hack that should still get you positive results. No, it’s nowhere near as good as a session with a certified EFT Therapist. Nor is it anywhere as good as tapping for yourself (once you’ve learned how and practiced for a while). But it will get you further ahead than you are now – all healing is good healing.
Tips on Using ChatGPT to Create Tapping Transcripts
I’ve used ChatGPT to generate a few tapping scripts and here’s my feedback on how to get the best results from ChatGPT:
1. It is VERY important to give ChatGPT as much information, memories, emotions, thoughts, stories as you can, at the beginning. So include anything you can think of that may possibly relate to the issue at hand.
You can write this in first-person, as yourself, like this:
“Can you create an EFT Tapping transcript for me to eliminate my dairy allergy? My symptoms are bloating and gas/farts. I was only breastfed for 3 months as a baby and didn’t enjoy it as I choked on the milk during let-down. Then I went on a raw milk diet in my 30’s and got severely constipated because I didn’t know I had to take magnesium, after 11 days on that diet with severe constipation, I no longer tolerated dairy products. You can take your time.”
Or, you can write a more generalized request, like this:
“Can you create a holistic and effective EFT tapping session transcript for someone who wants to uplevel and go to the next level of financial abundance. Include any fears, blocks, or saboteurs, or childhood events that might prevent someone from believing, attracting, and being able to generate more wealth. Take your time. Thanks.”
Note: As AI is self-learning and humans get to show it who we are, which then affects AI’s development, it is a good idea to be polite. Also, if you tell it to “take your time” you will often get better results from the algorithm.
2. After ChatGPT has generated the transcript, go over it and edit it to customize it further; feel free to add more words of felt or remembered emotions. Remember, the more emotion, the better!
3. If needed, insert more gentle phrasing for the Reframe/New Response in order to help the subconscious to feel safe:
Maybe just maybe I could…
It doesn’t have to happen all at once, bit by bit as we feel safe…
4. Feel free to add a ‘Yes, but…’ section to reframe any objections. ChatGPT doesn’t really do this and it’s a powerful part of a tapping session.
5. Add words of emotion, or other aspects that arise as you’re tapping – use the script as a framework guide, and improvise as desired, as you go along.
Ask ChatGPT to Fix any Glitches
The bizarre thing about ChatGPT is you can ask it the same thing, on a different day, and get different results. The first 3 tapping transcripts I requested had one statement per tapping point (standard practice). But in the 4th script, for some reason, ChatGPT gave me 4-7 statements for each tapping point!? So I asked ChatGPT:
“Well, normally with EFT Tapping, you only have ONE statement per tapping point. In this script you have put 4-7 statements under one tapping point. Can you keep this same script, but re-do it so that you only have one statement per tapping point?”
And then I got the workable tapping script I wanted. So don’t be afraid to educate ChatGPT and keep asking/tweaking until you get what you want.
I have to say though, that I was surprised how well ChatGPT did at generating Tapping scripts. Even if you don’t tweak anything, and just tap on what ChatGPT provides, I think you will see positive results.
Test it and let me know how it goes for you!

NOTE: After ChatGPT has generated the transcript, it may ask you if you’d like it to generate a tap-along audio. Unfortunately, this is a waste of time as ChatGPT is not actually able to generate the audio nor upload it somewhere you can download it – at this time. Maybe in 3-6 months this will be possible.
If you want to test this, ask ChatGPT:
“Now please generate an EFT tapping audio using this script, leaving 2 second pauses after each tapping prompt – to give me time to repeat each tapping phrase. Then upload the MP3 file to Google Drive and paste the download link here in this chat. Thanks.”
At this time, GPT cannot do this.
